Seeking HR Manager:Farrish of Fairfax is seeking an experienced, hands-on HR Manager to lead our people operations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. This is a key role supporting our dealership team with a fully implemented, plug-and-play ADP Workforce Now system.

Position Overview:

The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and operational excellence while partnering closely with dealership leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboardingAdminister and optimize ADP Workforce Now (system is fully built out and ready for day-to-day use)Administer PayrollEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsHandle benefits administrationPartner with managers on workforce planning, training, and employee developmentMaintain accurate HR records and generate reports as neededSupport a positive, high-performance dealership cultureIdeal Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in a franchise automotive dealership environment.Strong proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or other Human Resource softwareSolid understanding of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic retail/dealership settingPreferred Qualifications

Experience with a Dealer Management System (CDK preferred)Prior automotive retail or multi-location dealership HR experience; HR Managers without direct Franchise Dealership experience may still be considered for this roleWhat We Offer:
