Pharmacy Manager in Elizabethtown, Kentucky at Stepworks Recovery Centers LLC

Stepworks operates an embedded pharmacy within our rural health clinic, Intensive Health. Operating hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 5:00. No weekends.
The pharmacy serves our integrated primary care and behavioral health office at Intensive Health and also our Stepworks outpatient and residential facilities. Current volume averages 150 prescriptions per day.

POSITION: Pharmacist

LOCATION: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

QUALIFICATIONS:
• bachelor’s degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy
• registered/licensed pharmacist in Kentucky
• three years of experience in retail/community practice
• one year of management experience preferred
• successful completion of all required certifications
• strong leadership and communication skills
• competent and knowledgeable of state and federal laws
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
• day-to-day operations of the pharmacy including
- filling prescriptions safely and accurately;
- financial management;
- inventory control;
- clinical services;
- patient safety; and
- pharmacy adherence to all corporate policies and federal and state regulations
• hiring, directing, and supervising pharmacy team members
• effectively leading and developing the pharmacy team
• crisis intervention, first aid, CPR (training provided)

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
