Compensation

Experienced Automotive Technicians can earn up to $35.00 per Flat Rate Hour based on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership processes
• Maintain detailed repair documentation
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians
• Ensure vehicles meet safety and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

• Automotive dealership experience preferred
• Automotive Technology education or training preferred
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
