Description:

Essential Duties:

  1. Prepare paperwork and key cards for new employees.
  2. Verify and prepare cut information and input into the fiscal tracking software.
  3. Complete quarterly safety inspection checklists for manufacturing.
  4. Prepare and distribute paperwork for shipments.
  5. Access Government invoicing systems to complete all necessary entries to obtain Government approval.
  6. Manage order entry, material orders, and shipment processing for all manufacturing projects.
  7. Complete monthly training for manufacturing.
  8. Setup Manufacturing Orders for manufacturing.
  9. Aid during monthly/annual inventories.
  10. Manage items received for manufacturing. Provide daily receiving reports to the Fiscal Department.
  11. Prepare paperwork for purchase requests and order office, production, janitorial supplies.
  12. Provide receptionist duties, maintaining all required files, forms and logs.
  13. Responsible for monitoring/recording call in line.
  14. Monitor door entries and exits.
  15. Monitor incoming and outgoing trucks.
  16. All other duties deemed necessary.
  17. Follow Agency attendance policy.
  18. Follow supervisors’ instructions.
  19. Be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds independently and over 100 pounds with assistance.
  20. Additional hours if needed are mandatory.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Possess ability to maintain flexible schedule to meet the demands of the department.

2. Maintain good hygiene.

3. Possess excellent research and writing skills.

5. Possess the ability to use tact and empathy when dealing with people of varied backgrounds.

6. Possess the ability to establish effective working relationships.

7. Possess the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

8. Be proficient Microsoft Office products.

9. Accept responsibility and demonstrate leadership.

10. Be able to multitask effectively in a sometimes fast paced environment.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience with computers required.

Certifications/Licenses/Registrations:

CPR/First Aid

Physical Demands:

The employee must be able to perform the essential duties of this job. Repetitive motion required. Lifting, bending, twisting, and turning are required. Lifting up to 50 pounds independently and over 100 pounds with assistance may be required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential duties.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles and outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate but occasionally loud. Use of Personal Protective Equipment such as vinyl or latex gloves is occasionally required.
