Position Overview
APEX is currently accepting applications for a Parts Finisher to join our Aerospace Component Manufacturing Group. This is a full-time position reporting to the Sheetmetal & Deburring Supervisor. The primary role of this position is to perform all finishing work required on aerospace products. Some weekend work and/or overtime may be required.

The primary role of this position is to perform all finishing work required on aerospace products. Some weekend work and/or overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Reading and understanding part finishing requirements from travelers and drawings.
- Maintaining work area organization and cleanliness.
- Performing a general part finishing operation (break edges, chamfer).
- Performing hand-finishing functions (polishing, surfacing, grinding) on small or large machine and sheet metal parts.
- Operating manual & electrical tools (tapping, drill press, pemserter, bench grinder).
- Performing, cleaning, labeling and packaging of parts.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude (capacity for learning).
- Ability to understand and effectively carry out oral and written instructions.
- Knowledge of the aerospace manufacturing industry would be considered an asset.
- Strong teamwork values.
