Job Title: Pharmacy Fellowship
Reports to: Fellow Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Employment Status: Full-time regular

Fellowship Job Overview:
The RIS Rx Fellowship is a one-year, immersive program designed for PharmD graduates seeking accelerated career development in managed care, industry, and patient-focused services. Fellows gain hands on experience across multiple domains, including managed care operations, pharmaceutical hub services, reimbursement strategy, business development, and leadership. Fellows work directly with major pharmaceutical manufacturers, network pharmacies, and healthcare providers, guided by mentorship from seasoned industry leaders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support managed care operations and pharmaceutical services
- Assist in pharmacy services and reimbursement strategy execution for partner manufacturers and pharmacies
- Participate in business development projects, including market research, data analysis, and client engagement
- Develop expertise in patient-focused programs and adherence strategies
- Conduct presentations highlighting insights, findings, and recommendations in the various programs involved to leadership
- Manage a team of agents and supervisors to ensure timely execution of program deliverables while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Engage in professional development opportunities, including mentorship of pharmacy students, workshops, and networking events
Qualifications:
- PharmD degree (recent graduates or within 1 year of graduation)
- Strong interest in managed care, pharmaceutical industry services, and patient-centered healthcare
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow professionally
- Strong sense of accountability and dependability
- Strong computer skills in Excel
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- POS software
- Pharmacy software

The pay range for this role is:
