This role offers the opportunity to shape how innovative open-source technology is positioned, understood, and adopted across global markets. You will own go-to-market planning and lead campaigns designed to engage prospects, generate opportunities, and support revenue growth. Working across portfolios, territories, or industry verticals, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will collaborate closely with content, events, paid media, social media, and other marketing teams to deliver integrated programs. Data and experimentation will play a central role as you measure performance, identify opportunities, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. You will work in a highly distributed environment where marketers take ownership, move quickly, and translate complex technology into compelling stories for technical and business audiences.

• Own end-to-end go-to-market planning and campaign execution across assigned portfolios, territories, or industry verticals.
• Develop and lead marketing programs that engage target audiences, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Translate complex technology and open-source concepts into clear, compelling messaging and campaigns for both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve content performance, engagement, and conversion through data-driven insights.
• Partner with events, content, paid media, and social media teams to execute coordinated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize activities for measurable impact.
• Develop marketing strategies and experiments that support long buying cycles and help accelerate audience engagement and demand generation.
• Contribute market insights and campaign learnings that help marketing teams refine their strategies and improve future performance.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, taking ownership of projects from initial concept through measurement and iteration.
• Act as a brand steward, ensuring that marketing communications consistently convey complex technology with clarity, relevance, and purpose.

Requirements:

• Experience in a marketing role within the technology sector, ideally in SaaS, enterprise IT, or a related environment.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market planning, demand generation, campaign execution, and multi-channel marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance, interpret results, and optimize activities based on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and independently drive initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in ways that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with a strong bias toward action and ownership.
• Adaptable and fast-learning approach, with curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation and emerging technologies.
