Operations Supervisor in San Francisco, California at AVFleet

avfleet.ai is a FaaS company that operates large scale depots that manage EV and AV fleets. In the Operations Supervisor role, you will lead our Operations Coordinator team and their driver cohorts. You will own the schedule, and be accountable for driver KPIs. If you like solving staffing problems in real time and are passionate about supervising high performing teams then this job is for you.

What you’ll do

The work environment
This is an on-site role in an active vehicle yard. You’ll move between the office and the yard throughout the day, occasionally lift items up to 40 pounds, occasionally get in and out of vehicles, and work a schedule that includes early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Compensation and benefits
Base salary: $72,050 – $75,000 per year. This is the good-faith range we reasonably expect to pay for this position on hire. Where you land in the range depends on your experience, skills, and internal equity.
We also offer medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and California paid sick leave.
