Position Summary:
Hui Huliau Technology Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Hui Huliau has an opening for a Project Manager in support of MHS GENESIS, DoD's Electronic Health Record (EHR). The Senior Project Manager provides program and management support to various operations within the PMO. This position is in support of the Central Network, National Capital Region Network, and the Europe Network.
The position offers the opportunity to lead various small projects/initiatives in a transparent, collaborative team environment in support of the client. The Project Manager supports EHR sustainment efforts as directed by the government, assists in communication flows between headquarters, DHA Direct Reporting Networks, Military Treatment Facility (MTF), leadership teams and the PMO teams and maintains continuous flow of information.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities between various entities ranging from within the organization to external agencies.
- Oversee and manage project milestones and tasks across multiple internal and external teams and DHA.
- Develop and/or support the development of briefings, contract deliverables, meeting documentation, status reports, financial/budget analyses, annual budgets, program document library, and other applicable program documentation.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external team members on timely completion of milestones and work products.
- Support the maintenance of collaboration sites such as SharePoint and MS Teams, including working with site administrators to meet requirements set by the client, inputting, and tracking action items, and developing appropriate key words/tags for documents.
- Coordinate HR issues with the team with corporate HR team after a thorough follow-through.
- Provides overall direction to all project level activity and personnel interfaces with client personnel.
- Develop strategic and operational plans for various teams, manage executions and measure results.
- Manage dependencies and coordination across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks in a proactive manner.
- Keeps management informed of project status and deviations.
- Engage with Subject Matter Expert(s) to conduct research and develop content for business proposals and internal documents/websites.
- Ensure that the timetable and delivery schedules are understood and communicated.
- Document and maintain risk management action plans, meeting minutes/materials and communicate appropriately.
- Reviews project schedules, performances, and deliverables for correctness and ensures their progress in accordance with the assigned timeline be responsible for the coordination and completion of training projects.

Position Requirements: Qualification Requirements US Citizen DoD Public Trust Clearance (able to obtain one through company) Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study OR be able to illustrate relevant IT/ PM knowledge. Experience in having led a team of at least 10 individuals. Must have strong communication skills (both verbal and written) as well as the ability to work independently in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. 5+ years’ experience managing and supporting projects in the federal government and DoD is preferred. Knowledge of program/project management skills as well as a good background in DoD Healthcare. Must be able to efficiently multi-task and delegate tasks as needed. Required to travel to local or other non-local locations. Physical Requirements: Predominantly Sedentary work. Work is performed in an office or home office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Requires the ability to walk short distances. Exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
