Customer Support Representative in Watseka, Illinois at AHW LLC

Responsible for all communications with customers, both by phone as well as by e-mail/contact form.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming Online Sales phone calls
• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Communicates with customers in a timely manner order related issues
• Makes customers aware of related products when assisting with orders
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools and equipment
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Good communication skills, friendly, and approachable
• General knowledge of parts and machinery
• Team player with a collaborative attitude
• Strong multi-tasking ability
• Basic data entry and keyboarding skills
• Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
