Accessible Home Services is looking for DSP (Direct Support Professionals) - Ashtabula, OH to fill positions providing direct support services to individuals in their home.

DSP (Direct Support Professional) Job Description for DSP (Direct Support Professional) (included, but not limited to):

Maintaining the health and Safety of the individuals in your care while maintaining their living space.
Following the ISP (Individual Service Plan) for the individuals being served.
Assist individuals in completing personal care activities (hygiene & grooming)
Assist with other life skills (meal preparation, housekeeping, shopping, medical/personal appointments, transportation, medication administration, etc.)
Be a positive role-model (manners, communication, interactions, etc.)
DSP Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED
Physical capacity to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Valid driver’s license
Proof of driver’s insurance
Must pass pre-employment background checks
Able to work various shifts including afternoons, weekends, and/or overnight shifts
