Production Cup Line Worker- 2nd shift in City of Industry, California at GFF Inc - Plochman Inc

· Packs cases of specific counts of product and palletizes to specific pallet patterns.

· Feed the line with packaging material

· Visually inspect product for quality requirements such as code dates, labeling/printing, damage, leakers or any other defect.

· Perform and register quality checks for fill weights and conformance to spec

· Perform film roll changes.

· Notify supervisor of any discrepancies, quality issues or downtime superior as 15 minutes

· Assure that SOP’s, GMP’s and safety rules are strictly followed

· Complete production reports (allocation downtime and board updated)

· Responsible for ERP Transactions (print LPN) or labels pallet with specific documents in case of system down

· Fill the startup check list

· Housekeeping

· Able to start and stop machine

· Other activity requested by supervisor (rework for example)

· Help with sanitation

· Performs other duties as assigned.

· Read, write, speak Basic English

· Must be able to perform repetitive lifting up to 50 Lbs.

· Must be able to remain in a stationary position

· Basic computer skills

· Must be able to collaborate and communicate with others team member (material handler/operator) and work effectively in a team environment

· Must be able work independently with minimum supervision while prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines

· Detail oriented work habits
