  • Contribute to team development: Share technical knowledge, customer insights, and best practices to help strengthen and scale the Technical Account Management team.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies: Continue developing your knowledge of AI, machine learning, and their practical applications in customer environments.

  • Travel and provide coverage as needed: Occasionally visit customer sites and support after-hours or weekend coverage when required by customer needs.

  • Champion company values: Demonstrate ownership, accountability, continuous improvement, and high standards in your daily work.

Requirements:

You are an experienced customer-facing technical professional who can translate complex technical challenges into practical business solutions. You combine strong communication and relationship-building skills with technical curiosity, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to customer success. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with customers and technical stakeholders.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand customer objectives, evaluate needs using data, and connect technical solutions to measurable outcomes.

  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high standards.
