Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce aluminum die castings according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure product accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Monitor machine operations for quality control and make adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and tooling techniques.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical specifications.
• Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
• Familiarity with electrical discharge machining is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of power tools and hand tools is beneficial.
