About the role

We are looking for a Billing Specialist who is passionate about accuracy and supporting our field operations. As part of our back-office team, you will be the backbone of our financial health, ensuring our hard-working technicians get compensated and our clients are billed accurately. We are seeking someone who brings a strong work ethic to the table and wants to grow with an expanding organization. This role offers the opportunity to streamline operations and become a critical piece of our mission's success.

What you'll do

• Process 100% of field work orders into accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Proactively communicate with clients, dispatchers, and technicians to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently and with integrity.
• Maintain strong collection rates on outstanding accounts to keep the company financially strong.
• Educate and assist our field team on proper documentation practices to streamline the billing process.
• Build relationships with clients through exceptional, professional customer service.Describe the specific responsibilities and job functions of the role

Qualifications

• Proven experience for over 3 years in billing, accounts receivable, or financial administration within the fleet industry.
• A passion for accuracy and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a rugged, fast-paced team.
• Dedication to getting the job done right, no matter what it takes.
• The job is Salt Lake City area based. Right now it will be remote with required meetings in person. There is the potential Allegiance will have an office in the area where the job will no longer be remote.
