Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves the installation, removal, relocation, and maintenance of assets, while also fostering relationships with key stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in technical troubleshooting and asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Installation and Maintenance

Install, remove, and relocate assets efficiently and accurately.
Perform regular maintenance and preventative measures to ensure optimal asset performance.
Conduct initial site assessments and plan asset layouts based on project needs.
Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with Superintendents, General Contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Schedule and execute service appointments with clients, ensuring timely and professional delivery.
Sales Pipeline Development

Conduct ongoing site assessments to identify potential opportunities within existing projects.
Identify new job sites within the assigned territory and generate leads for the sales team.
Asset Management

Oversee inventory management, ensuring assets are well-maintained and readily available.
Create and manage work orders for asset repairs and maintenance.
Technical Support

Troubleshoot and repair assets both in the warehouse and in the field.
Test and align cameras, sirens, and ensure asset signal quality meets standards.
Vehicle and Facility Maintenance

Perform preventative maintenance on the assigned service vehicle to ensure reliability.
Oversee general facility maintenance to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar field service, technical, or maintenance role.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with tools and equipment related to asset installation and maintenance.
