Overview
We are looking for a Property Manager with experience in Affordable Housing who can manage day-to-day property operations while maintaining compliance with affordable housing requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff
- Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met
- Determine and maintain compliance with income limits and resident eligibility requirements.
- Manage new and annual resident recertifications accurately and timely
- Utilize EIV (Enterprise Income Verification) to support resident eligibility and compliance requirements
- Prepare for and support HUD inspections, including REAC/NSPIRE inspections
- Ensure property operations are conducted in accordance with applicable affordable housing compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits, and fees, and maintain all A/P functions
- Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with all staff and residents
- Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet standards
- Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure residents' requests have been completed
- Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express their concerns and assist with resolution
- Manage day-to-day property operations while maintaining compliance with affordable housing requirements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s license is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- COS – Certified Occupancy Specialist Certification Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.) preferred
- Able to multitask and demonstrate a high level or organizational skills
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
