Territory Manager - Nashville in Brentwood, Tennessee at Music City Medical Technologies LLC

POSITION SUMMARY
The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving quota in all product categories within the assigned territories. This position is also responsible for assisting the sales team with case coverage assignment and driving new revenue product sales call plans and sales commitments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Analyze sales data to be able to assist the sales team with smart planning to identify new opportunities.
• Visit the top 5 surgeons weekly, develop and maintain positive rapport and promote new sales.
• Provide assistance and guidance to the sales team by making sales calls, performing ride-alongs, and facilitating weekly meetings.
• Partner with sales managers to identify new business opportunities and assist with the closing of new opportunities.
• Provide educational training to team members for continuous growth and improvement.
• Manage case coverage through company software as needed.
• Track sales activity in CRM, compile reports, and ensure budget control.
• Facilitate monthly meetings with upper management.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational/technical/business school certificate required.
• At least 5 years of medical sales experience in orthopedics preferred
• Must be able to learn and articulate surgical techniques.
• Must be able to analyze sales numbers to achieve quotas.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• A willingness and ability to travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
