For the right leader, this is more than an operations role—it's an opportunity to help build something meaningful.The OpportunityThis is not a traditional executive position.
We're looking for a hands-on operator who is equally comfortable discussing strategy in the boardroom, visiting a client site, supporting a major escalation, or helping integrate a newly acquired business.
You will serve as the bridge between vision and execution, ensuring our operating model, culture, customer experience, and service standards scale as the business grows.
Success in this role requires leadership, operational discipline, strong client instincts, and a willingness to stay connected to the realities of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Operations

- Oversee service delivery, project delivery, customer support, and operational performance across the organization.
- Establish clear accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and operational reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
- Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
- Lead the operational integration of acquired companies.
- Align people, processes, systems, and service standards across the organization.
- Develop repeatable integration frameworks that support future growth.
- Ensure smooth transitions for employees and customers.
- Build relationships with key clients and serve as an executive escalation point when required.
- Work closely with technical, service, and project teams to remove obstacles and improve outcomes.
- Maintain visibility throughout the organization and lead by example.
- Mentor and develop operational leaders across the business.
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Build organizational capability that supports long-term growth.
- Acquired companies are successfully integrated into the Uniserve operating model.
- Operational performance is measured consistently across the organization.
- Customer experience and service delivery improve across all business units.
- Leadership accountability and operational maturity increase.
- The business is positioned to scale efficiently through continued acquisition and growth.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within managed services, telecommunications, cloud services, technology services, or a related industry.
- Strong operational leadership experience with responsibility for service delivery, customer experience, and business performance.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive execution.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams.
- Experience integrating acquired companies or business units.
- Experience in a high-growth or acquisition-focused organization.
