Job Description

The Learning Delivery Sr. Manager works with Clients, internal Customer Success, various program and support roles, plus contract Instructors while leading our Learning Delivery Managers (LDMs) team to ensure that all LDM employees remain productive whiles providing the highest level of service to IBO/CSP, Client, and Corporate program support roles. The Learning Delivery Sr. Manager will receive directives from the Director of Learning Delivery and will assist in driving results on the LDPM Team. This includes the monitoring, coaching and supporting the LDM team.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Learning Delivery metrics by effectively managing/coaching LDM team
    • Implementing opportunities to drive certification rate success,
    • Measuring instruction performance and implementing global processes to improve performance
    • and constant improvement on agent performance
  • Answer/Resolve escalated Learning Delivery calls, from Management, Clients, and Internal employees
  • Coordinate the sourcing and development of new instructor resources.
  • Lead the team to complete ramp planning and scheduling on time and in ways that meet Client and Customer Success team expectations/agreements
  • Spend time coaching LDM team on instructor performance and project management best practices
  • Provide effective onboarding of new LDM team members
  • Provide effective communication on new and ever-changing policies including team process changes and processes that impact internal teams or Clients
  • Lead/support implementations as needed and assigned by Director of Learning Delivery
  • Identify and lead project, quality program and instruction performance best practices and lead/train LDMs (i.e. instructor communication and development, work with Design team to partner on Instructor needs, etc.)
  • Keep direct people leader updated on important events or issues
  • This position manages internal, Arise teammates
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Minimal travel is required

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of supervisory experience within L&D training function leading learning facilitation operations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Adult Education or related degree
  • Ability to communicate ideas across different levels of management including VP and C level executives

Other requirements:

  • Schedule Flexibility: The position will require after hours or weekend availability as needed
  • Proactively identify new trends in learning facilitation and seek out opportunities gain knowledge by seeking out conferences, webinars or courses.
