Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Richmond Heights, OH location. This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and improving equipment and facilities to support safe and efficient operations. Objectives
- Support Manufacturing goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost
- Achieve machine availability targets through active troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Support process improvements and participate in Kaizen project teams
- Position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic
- Support proactive, preventative maintenance activity
- Assist in changeovers and setups
- Support critical spares and tooling orders by logging usage
- Support equipment installation and relocation
- Participate in process improvement projects/teams
- Occasionally travel for site visits to support new equipment runoffs or trials
- Compliance with PPE and safety rules for work assignments
- High School diploma or GED Required
- 3 years of maintenance experience: preferably with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics
- Strong work habits: punctuality, attendance, work ethic, professionalism, communication
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards for Maintenance
- Ability to work individually and with others to continually improve our company
- Ability to read and use blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings
- Ability to use hand tools, measurement tools, power tools, crane, forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift
- Ability to stand, reach, and bend. Able to push and pull bulky material for the entire shift and capable of lifting 50-70 lbs. frequently
- Willingness and ability to work overtime as dictated by business needs
