Asian Family Market is looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Coordinator to join our Bellevue store. This role owns day-to-day pricing accuracy across the store — making sure shelf tags, POS pricing, and promotions all match, and that we stay competitive in the market.

What you'll do:

• Update and maintain product pricing in our POS system, ensuring accuracy between shelf tags, signage, and the register
• Conduct regular competitor price checks and recommend adjustments to stay competitive
• Coordinate with department heads and buyers on cost changes, markdowns, and promotional pricing
• Set up and audit weekly/monthly promotions and sale pricing, including tag printing
• Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies reported by cashiers or customers
• Support vendor cost updates and ensure margin targets are maintained
• Assist with pricing for new product launches and seasonal/holiday promotions

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in retail pricing, merchandising, or a related role (grocery experience a plus)
• Comfortable working with POS/inventory systems; experience with Vori or similar retail platforms is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Good communication skills — this role works closely with store management, buyers, and cashiers
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Cantonese is a plus, not required
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple pricing updates on a deadline

• 处理并解决收银员或顾客反映的价格差异问题
• 协助更新供应商成本信息,确保维持既定利润目标
• 协助新品上市及节庆/季节性促销的定价工作

任职要求:

• 有零售定价、商品管理或相关工作经验者优先(有生鲜/超市经验尤佳)
• 能熟练使用收银/库存管理系统;有 Vori 或类似零售系统使用经验者优先
• 细心负责,能熟练使用 Excel/表格软件
• 沟通能力强 —— 需要与店长、采购及收银员密切配合
• 会中英文或中英粤三语者优先,非必需
• 做事有条理、可靠,能在期限内处理多项定价更新工作
