Description:

The Strategic Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth for the Strategic Partnerships team. This role executes outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads and secure meetings with senior decisionmakers across government and private sector organizations. This position combines proactive business development, marketing support, and conference engagement to build awareness, develop prospective partnerships, and strengthen the partnership pipeline.

This is an outward-facing role that requires comfort initiating conversations, engaging prospective partners, participating in virtual and in-person meetings, and representing 3Si at conference and networking events.

What You Will Do

Sales Development & Lead Generation

  • Execute?outbound prospecting campaigns?through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social outreach to identify and engage potential partners using HubSpot.
  • Generate?qualified leads?and schedule meetings for the VP of Strategic Partnerships through targeted, proactive outreach.
  • Manage end-to-end?email campaigns, including drafting sequences, tracking engagement, and optimizing performance.
  • Maintain accurate lead data, activity logs, and pipeline updates in?HubSpot.
  • Conduct follow-up outreach with prospective partners and conference contacts to support continued engagement and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to align outreach with broader marketing initiatives.

Marketing & Social Outreach

  • Support partnership-focused marketing and social media efforts, including developing and coordinating content for LinkedIn.
  • Create and update outreach materials, presentations, conference collateral, and other visual content using Canva.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Consultant to align partnership outreach with broader marketing initiatives and organizational messaging.
  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen 3Si’s visibility and engagement with prospective partners through digital and event-based outreach.

Conference & Business Development

  • Coordinate all aspects of?conference participation, including sponsorship logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop pre/post-conference outreach strategies to maximize lead generation and partner engagement.
  • Actively support on-site conference execution including networking with attendees, initiating conversations with prospective partners, capturing leads, and coordinating follow-up.
  • Attend domestic business meetings and conferences alongside the VP of Strategic Partnerships, 1-2 times per month.
  • Represent 3Si professionally and confidently in external meetings, conferences and networking environments
  • Track conference ROI and provide post-event reports on lead quality and pipeline impact.

Knowledge & Professional Skills

  • 2+ years in SDR/BDR role, business development, sales support, partnerships, marketing or related function.
  • Demonstrated experience with outbound prospecting and proactively initiating conversations with prospective clients or partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively through both written and verbal communications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build trust with executives and senior stakeholders
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to participate confidently in live and virtual meetings and demonstrations
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing platforms; experience with HubSpot, Canva, and LinkedIn is strongly preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Comfortable with and energized by conference attendance, networking events and other outward-facing professional engagements.
  • Experience engaging with government or corporate stakeholders strongly preferred
  • Background in early childhood, education, or social impact sectors highly desirable

Physical Expectations

  • Requires sitting for extended periods of time at a computer, keying and reading content.
  • Will be required to stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and move about freely.
  • Domestic travel 1-2 times per month for conferences and business meetings.
