4 - 6 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, and/or change management.
- Strong technical/professional writing skills, with demonstrated ability to independently research, structure written work products, and articulate findings and recommendations.
- Experience developing reports, briefings, and plans in PowerPoint, including coordinating with stakeholders to gather information.
- Experience analyzing data and building visualizations or models to highlight key insights within Power BI.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Experience supporting meeting facilitation and scheduling.
- Strong project management skills, including tracking tasks against milestones, reporting progress and status, and independently researching topics to build subject-matter knowledge.
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams, with strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Visio).
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, from high-level strategy to administrative tasks.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- Based in the National Capital Region (NCR), or willing to relocate/support in-person engagements within six months.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance, or ability to obtain and maintain one.
- Experience providing management support and guidance to DoD or Federal agencies around communications, operations, and processes.
- Experience facilitating one-on-one and/or small group meetings to gather information, build content, and gain feedback, consensus, and approval from stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., executing pivot tables) and software (Power BI)
- Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint
- Experience supporting reorganization efforts for a Federal agency
