Overview
As a Clinical Fellow, youll assist Behavior Analysts in delivering behavior treatment while strengthening your clinical direction and people-management skills. Youll support assessment, protocol modification, family treatment guidance, staff feedback, and direct treatment as you prepare for BCBA-level practice.

Masters degree or current enrollment in a masters program
Certification, registration, and/or license required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment
Eligibility to receive BCBA certification within 12 months
Ability to meet the physical, safety, communication, and cognitive requirements of the role
Assist Behavior Analysts with protocol modification, assessment services, and family treatment guidance
Provide clinical direction and feedback to technicians as needed
Provide treatment by protocol when needed
Use clinical best practices and data to guide programming
Document services accurately and on time and report clinical or scheduling concerns promptly
Complete required trainings and meetings and follow company compliance policies
