  • Communicate staffing and hiring issues to the Branch Manager
  • Listen and respond to customer complaints or requests within 24 business hours, including callbacks, retreats, and conflicts over inspection findings
  • Ensure that team members perform thorough and accurate inspections for WDOs (subterranean and drywood termites, powder post beetles, wood-boring beetles, carpenter ants, and wood-decay fungi) and that findings, conducive conditions, and inaccessible areas are correctly documented
  • Review and approve official WDO inspection reports (state-required termite letters) for accuracy and completeness before issuance
  • Audit and approve termite service agreements, warranties, renewals, and graphs
  • Oversee new construction pretreatment work, ensuring correct timing, volumes, and builder documentation
  • Assist the Branch Manager in maintaining proper inventory of termiticides, bait systems, moisture control and repair materials, and issue to team members as appropriate
  • Review treatment procedures and treatment plans with team members servicing customers
  • Coordinate termite damage repair and moisture control work with customers and crews as applicable
  • Participate in and conduct meetings as required
