Description
Will oversee the procurement and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements.

• Strategically source and purchase material, supplies and equipment to offer the best value for Plasma Processes.
• Identify and communicate any continuous improvements in purchasing process.
• Assist in confirming inventory levels to ensure deliveries occur within customer timelines
• Works with shipping department to validate schedule delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Help Identify opportunities to reduce transportation costs and charges.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and creative.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• Monitor short- and long-term material requirements needs by using GSS to manage and action daily ERP messages.
• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Three to Five years of experience in related area required
• Bachelor’s degree Preferred
• Global Shop Solutions software experience preferred
• ERP Experience
Physical Requirements
• Can tolerate a combination of prolonged periods standing, bending, and stretching, or sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
