Job Description
Zaxby’s is looking for service-oriented Shift/Assistant Managers for our New Restaurant on Lake Boone Trail, Raleigh NC. Assistant Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Shift/Assist. Managers help to take responsibility for what happens within the four walls of their restaurant. They know who is on their schedule, what product they have in house, and the numbers they are running. The ideal candidate must exhibit a positive attitude and sees every day as a new opportunity to achieve the restaurants goals.
Shift/Assist. Managers Job Duties:
Ensuring incoming and existing staff comply with company policy.
Hiring, training, and following up with staff to develop consistent restaurant procedures.
Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
Keeping customers happy and handling complaints.
Manage food, labor, and operating costs to optimize P&L results.
Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the restaurant operations and facilities.
Qualifications
At least a high school diploma
Previous restaurant experience
Prior work as a manager or supervisor (1 year Minimum)
Success with customer service
Training in food safety (ServSafe)
Cash management
Excellent Leadership Skills and Attitude that create a great workplace environment.
