Member Services Associate in Thibodaux, Louisiana at Thibodaux Regional Health System

The purpose of the Member Services Desk Associate is to provide the highest level of customer
service to prospects, center members, and guests related to facility, as well as, membership
information, enrollment procedures, ongoing customer satisfaction and membership recruitment and retention.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience required.
One year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills experience preferred.
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate customer service, word processing and excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
