Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Web3 Product Manager based in United Kingdom.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced product leader to own and grow a crypto-native product portfolio.
You will lead product discovery, strategy, planning, and delivery across user-facing Web3 experiences.
The role combines product management expertise with hands-on knowledge of payments, e-commerce, and blockchain ecosystems.
You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, and operations across distributed teams.
A key focus will be turning real user behavior and needs into practical products rather than following market hype.
You will have significant ownership over product decisions, from research and specifications through launch, adoption, and iteration.
The ideal environment is fast-moving, remote-first, collaborative, and focused on shipping products that create measurable user and business impact.
- Own product discovery, strategy, planning, prioritization, and delivery for crypto-native, user-facing products and features.
- Conduct direct user research with people who regularly spend cryptocurrency to understand their workflows, pain points, workarounds, and expectations.
- Translate user and business needs into clear product specifications, requirements, acceptance criteria, and actionable roadmaps.
- Manage the product backlog and work closely with engineering and design to deliver products end-to-end.
- Make informed decisions regarding blockchain networks, wallets, and protocols using product data, user behavior, and practical considerations rather than market hype.
- Coordinate product initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, marketing, support, and operations.
- Represent the product and engage with the broader crypto ecosystem through communities, industry events, and conferences.
- Measure product performance and continuously improve experiences based on adoption, conversion, retention, revenue, and user feedback.
- 6–8+ years of product management experience, ideally within payments, e-commerce, consumer technology, or fintech, with ownership of user-facing products from discovery through delivery.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping products that achieved meaningful user adoption and measurable business impact.
- Strong e-commerce or payments experience combined with 1–3 years of practical Web3 exposure.
- At least 3 years of end-to-end ownership of user-facing products.
- Hands-on understanding of payments and checkout experiences.
- Practical knowledge of DeFi concepts, including vaults, collateralized positions, bridging, and gas dynamics.
- Familiarity with wallet experiences across desktop and mobile, including onboarding friction, transaction flows, and user trust considerations.
- Strong product judgment and UX sensibility, with the ability to balance speed, quality, usability, and business impact.
- Ability to break complex problems into smaller, shippable increments and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working effectively across distributed teams, multiple time zones, and remote-first, asynchronous environments.
- Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills, with the ability to align engineering, design, and business teams.
- Excellent written communication skills, including product specifications, decision documents, and asynchronous updates.
- A pragmatic mindset: skeptical of hype, curious about real usage patterns, and focused on shipping useful products rather than oversized initiatives.
- Permanent employment.
- Fully remote position, with candidates able to work from Europe/EU time zones.
- Salary of $90,000–$110,000 USD.
- Token-based benefits.
- Medical insurance.
- Coworking membership.
- Relocation support.
- Additional benefits and perks.
- Structured recruitment process including an HR introductory call, technical/product interview, take-home assessment, and final interview with the CPO.
