Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Mortgage Warehouse Administrator position is responsible for the review of documentation and processing of requests throughout the life of a warehouse line loan.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

1. Review documentation input in WLS system to verify that the information input into WLS corresponds with the documentation received;

2. Return or decline loans when appropriate;

3. Prepare necessary forms and tickets for the disbursement wires;

4. Review and process incoming document files;

5. Endorse and ship original Notes to investors as requested by originators;

6. Review and process incoming Payoffs/Settlement documentation, and prepare necessary tickets;

7. Prepare and distribute weekly Mortgage Warehouse Line reports.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Set up new originators in WLS system per loan approval;

2. Set up accesses for new originator personnel in WLS system;

3. Set up new closing agents in WLS system. Includes verifying wire instructions, and receipt and review of current insurance coverages;

4. Be the point of contact, and the subject matter expert on the WLS system for the originators and closing agents

Qualifications

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 4 year college degree preferred;

• General knowledge of residential mortgage lending business highly preferred;

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software;

• Ability to work independently and under pressure;

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;

• Strong time management skills, organization and follow-through skills;

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task;

• Strong customer-service skills;
