Arizona Foreclosure Attorney

PURPOSE:
- The Arizona Foreclosure Attorney in the Arizona office is responsible for handling pre-litigation and litigation issues/cases involving non-judicial foreclosure actions. Additionally, this attorney will work with the firm’s foreclosure excess proceed team overseeing the excess proceeds and escheatment process for the firm’s western states.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with non-judicial foreclosure trustees in providing compliance and litigation advice.
- Resolving pre-litigation issues and any defensive litigation that may be necessary.
- Review/preparation of excess proceeds motions and review of claims.
- Other duties and special projects as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate.
- Member of the AZ State Bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing. Admission to practice law in the state of Utah preferred but not required.
- At least one year of work experience in AZ real property law.
- Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload
