This role is designed for a senior commercial professional specializing in complex, consultative technology sales within the cloud services ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them through large-scale digital transformation journeys powered by modern cloud, data, and AI solutions. Operating in high-value Tier 1 accounts, you will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, and driving the expansion of cloud-based services portfolios. The environment is fast-paced, highly strategic, and focused on innovation, requiring a strong blend of technical understanding and commercial excellence. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful, large-scale solutions. This is a high-visibility role where your work directly contributes to enterprise growth and technology modernization initiatives.
In this role, you will lead enterprise sales efforts focused on cloud services, driving both new business acquisition and expansion within existing strategic accounts. You will operate as a key commercial driver of digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for Tier 1 enterprise clients, including mapping stakeholders and defining long-term transformation roadmaps.
- Identify, position, and close complex cloud services and consulting projects focused on modernization, data, and AI solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records to ensure strong pipeline visibility and reliable sales forecasting.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with internal teams across delivery, pre-sales, and partner ecosystems.
- Build and strengthen relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
- Engage with strategic partners, including cloud ecosystem stakeholders, to expand market reach and influence.
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management and consistent execution of consultative sales methodologies.
The ideal candidate is a senior enterprise sales professional with strong experience in consultative selling of cloud or IT services. You combine commercial acumen with technical understanding and thrive in complex, high-value sales environments.
- 5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in IT services, consulting, or cloud projects (IaaS/PaaS).
- Proven experience managing Tier 1 enterprise accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of cloud, data, or technology solution sales.
- Advanced skills in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured sales methodologies.
- Strong ability to manage forecasting, pipeline analysis, and revenue planning.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with proactive B2B hunting and strategic account expansion.
- Intermediate English proficiency (technical communication).
