Sales & Marketing Coordinator Drive Growth and Precision for a Leader in Historic Restoration

Job Overview:

  • Company: Double Hung LLC.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $52,000 $65,000 annually (Based on experience).

  • Location: Greensboro, NC.

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM.

The Opportunity: You will serve as the organizational engine of our sales and marketing efforts, transforming complex project data into polished, professional pursuits. This role grants you the autonomy to build repeatable systems that stabilize our administrative workflows and elevate our brand presence. You will make a tangible impact by ensuring our craftsmanship is matched by world-class communication for sophisticated federal, institutional, and residential clients.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Execute CRM and sales pipeline hygiene to ensure all institutional and commercial leads remain accurate and actionable.

  • Coordinate complex proposal drafts and submission timelines to maintain strict pursuit schedules and estimator handoffs.

  • Draft standardized client-facing correspondence that reflects the high-quality craftsmanship and professionalism of the brand.

  • Develop repeatable project case studies and marketing collateral to showcase completed work to architects and general contractors.

  • Identify and resolve recurring administrative gaps by creating organized checklists, templates, and standard operating procedures.

  • Manage project photography and content capture to maintain a high standard of visual storytelling for the company website.

  • Support federal and institutional qualification requests to expand the companys reach within highly regulated sectors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with a proven ability to produce professional, polished client-facing documents.

  • Strong organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple project pursuits without losing detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 environments and experience working within CRM or ERP systems.

  • Proven ability to work independently, close loops, and follow through on tasks without constant direction.

  • Professional presence and the judgment necessary to communicate with high-level stakeholders and federal contracting officers.

  • Ability to create structure and repeatable systems from recurring administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience with construction-specific platforms such as Procore, Innergy, or Buildertrend.

  • Demonstrated history of supporting public, institutional, or federal proposal processes (GSA, SAM.gov).

  • Basic experience in graphic layout, web CMS management, or photography coordination.

  • Familiarity with producing capability statements and pre-qualification packages for commercial bidding.
