Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer freight and proactively identify potential issues to improve efficiency.
- Recommend adjustments as freight volumes fluctuate.
- Use reports, dashboards, and technology to analyze service issues and trends to determine solutions.
- Collaborate with leaders, teams, and customers.
- Maintain and develop customer relationships.
Skills and qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- 1 to 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
