This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fashion and product development professional to contribute to innovative apparel collections in a fast-paced global environment. The role focuses on managing end-to-end development for non-denim womenswear categories, collaborating closely with international customers and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in translating market trends into commercially successful products while ensuring quality, fit, and timely execution. - Lead end-to-end product development activities for assigned apparel categories, from concept creation and trend research to sampling and production execution.
- Create detailed tech packs, garment specifications, and design documentation while ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market demands.
- Collaborate with international customers and internal cross-functional teams to manage timelines, approvals, and product delivery milestones effectively.
- Apply technical expertise in garment construction, fit, fabric selection, washes, and detailing to ensure high-quality product outcomes.
- Support trend forecasting, concept building, fashion styling, and seasonal design development to create commercially viable collections.
- Utilize design and development tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Browzwear, CLO, and PLM systems to streamline workflows and communication.
- Independently manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring execution excellence, quality standards, and timely delivery.
- 10–12 years of experience in apparel design, technical design, or product development, preferably within non-denim womenswear categories.
- Strong expertise in product development processes, garment construction, fitting, technical specifications, and customer-facing development roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Office, and PLM systems; experience with Browzwear, CLO, or similar 3D design software is highly desirable.
- Excellent sketching, concept development, and design communication abilities with a strong understanding of global fashion trends.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and managing communication across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, customer management, and problem-solving skills combined with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Knowledge of sustainable and ethical apparel production practices is considered an advantage.
