Insurance Coverage Attorney – Chicago – Hybrid Remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
· Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation· Draft dispositive motions, coverage position letters, and reservation of rights correspondence· Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations· Manage caseload independently while collaborating with partners and clients
Required:
· IL bar· Recent experience with insurance coverage
