HallKeen is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team! If you have a passion for sales, marketing, and creating exceptional resident experiences, this is your opportunity to shine.

In this role, you’ll drive leasing performance across a 192-unit portfolio spanning five unique buildings in Fall River, MA. You’ll play a key role in maximizing occupancy, strengthening community engagement, and bringing energy and creativity to our leasing and marketing efforts.

Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Drive leasing success by maintaining high occupancy and strong closing ratios

• Execute and refine marketing strategies to attract target audiences

• Analyze campaign performance and provide insightful recommendations

• Focus on resident retention and satisfaction

• Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for prospects and residents

• Maintain and prepare daily, weekly, and quarterly reports for leadership
