Job Description

Supports Center of Excellence for Performance Management agenda of business planning, organization development, OE reporting, analysis and administration, strategic alignment of DHL Supply Chain businesses and various projects by (1) providing analytical support, including owning responsibilities within Operations Excellence's reporting scope, and (2) supporting Performance Management project teams to fulfill overall team responsibilities.

Supports DHL Supply Chain (DSC) businesses by supporting projects that Performance Management is involved in, fulfilling requests from team leadership that will leverage a broad skill set.

Responsibilities

Strategic Projects and Programs

- Lead analysis for strategic projects including conducting primary and secondary research, completing data summation and analytics, preparing presentations, presentation of key findings, and general support.

- Partner with Operations, Accelerated Digitalization, Sustainability team members, RPM engineers, Process Improvement Advisors, OMS deployment team, senior Operations Excellence leadership, and IT to aid in the overall success of Operations Excellence programs.

- Interact and form partnerships with DSC global teams to support North America priorities.

- Review and provide recommendations to systematic processes in Operations Development, from idea creation to delivery and ongoing performance monitoring.

Analytics and Reporting

- Complete monthly financial and operations reporting and analysis, including both scheduled and as needed requests, including working with DHL systems and engaging with operations to gather data.

- Develop new reports and analysis in response to organizational changes that arise

- Develop key business insights that lead to improved operational efficiency, both at the site level and region-wide.

- Independently provide support and solutions to OE Senior Leadership regarding analytics and organizational reporting

Required Education and Experience

• 0-2 years of experience with real supply chain issues for company(s) in one of our sectors and/or logistics industry—either full-time or internship, required
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field, required
• MS Office Suite experience, required
