This senior individual contributor role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, workforce strategy, and executive decision support. You will transform complex people and organizational data into clear, actionable insights that directly shape talent strategy, employee experience, and business performance. Operating in a highly visible global environment, you will act as a strategic partner to HR leaders and senior stakeholders, helping them move from descriptive reporting to predictive, insight-driven decision-making. The role focuses on building scalable analytics frameworks, enabling self-service reporting, and elevating data storytelling across the organization. You will also lead the evolution of employee listening strategies, turning survey and behavioral data into meaningful organizational interventions. This is a high-impact position for a data expert who thrives on translating complexity into clarity and influencing enterprise-level decisions.
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives focused on organizational effectiveness, retention, engagement, and workforce productivity.
- Design and evolve the global employee listening strategy, including annual and pulse surveys, ensuring actionable insights across the employee lifecycle.
- Translate complex datasets into executive-ready narratives, dashboards, and presentations that drive strategic decisions and organizational change.
- Partner with HRIS and data engineering teams to build and maintain a unified data ecosystem and ensure strong data governance and integrity.
- Develop and deploy advanced self-service dashboards and analytics solutions using tools such as Tableau to enable data accessibility for senior stakeholders.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques, including SQL, Python, or R, to identify patterns in structured and unstructured workforce data.
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach to HRBPs and COEs, improving data literacy and enabling evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR analytics, data science, BI, or a related quantitative field within global or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Tableau, with a proven ability to build executive-grade dashboards and data visualizations.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical modeling, survey analytics, or text/data mining.
- Deep understanding of workforce data domains such as attrition, recruitment, DEI, and employee engagement.
- Proven ability to design, manage, and analyze large-scale employee listening programs and survey methodologies.
- Strong executive communication and data storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior leadership decisions.
- Ability to operate independently in complex, global, and matrixed environments with a consultative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or behavioral discipline (or equivalent experience).
