This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced program management professional with deep expertise in global real estate operations and strategic portfolio management. In this role, you will help support a rapidly growing, innovation-driven organization by overseeing complex real estate initiatives across international locations. You’ll collaborate closely with executive leadership, legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure seamless lease administration, vendor coordination, and process optimization. The position offers exposure to large-scale cross-functional projects, executive-level presentations, and strategic planning activities in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating both operational execution and high-level strategic initiatives. This role can be performed remotely within the United States, with occasional domestic and international travel.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and administer leases across a large global portfolio, including document organization, tracking critical dates, renewals, and coordination with legal and finance stakeholders.
  • Support global real estate operations by overseeing commercial real estate vendors and ensuring efficient site management practices across multiple regions.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process standardization, operational improvements, and portfolio optimization.
  • Conduct space planning analyses, utilization reporting, and consolidation studies to support executive decision-making and long-term site strategy.
  • Analyze real estate and facilities data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership teams.
  • Assist with annual budget planning and forecasting activities related to global facilities and real estate operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure department priorities align with broader organizational goals and operational objectives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and communications related to portfolio strategy, lease management, and operational performance.
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of experience in real estate, facilities management, or a related field, with exposure to global portfolio operations.
  • Strong experience managing domestic and international lease agreements, including interpreting complex lease terms and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead programs and coordinate cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills, with experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and meet applicable compliance or export control requirements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $128,445 to $167,497 annually.
  • Additional compensation opportunities including bonus potential and equity participation.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
  • Unlimited paid time off and paid holidays.
  • Paid parental and adoption leave programs.
  • Legal insurance coverage and home technology stipend.
  • Flexible work arrangements including remote and hybrid opportunities.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation, inclusion, and professional growth.
