Accountabilities:

  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows with strong error handling, retry logic, and scalable automation practices.
  • Support modernization initiatives by troubleshooting production issues, reviewing existing application architecture, and implementing enhancements while maintaining stability and performance.
  • Develop reusable components, Power Pages solutions, custom pages, and modern UI/UX experiences aligned with accessibility and Section 508 standards.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project priorities, establish milestones, and deliver scalable business solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and contribute to deployment processes using ALM best practices, pipelines, environment variables, and Git-based source control.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, documentation, and quality reviews while ensuring compliance with governance and security policies.
  • Occasionally support Power BI reporting, dashboards, and broader Power Platform initiatives as business needs evolve.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
  • Strong expertise in Canvas and Model-driven applications, Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and enterprise integrations.
  • Proficiency in Power Fx, JavaScript, PowerShell, GitLabs, and familiarity with object-oriented programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, APIs, and modern development tools such as VS Code and Node.js.
  • Solid understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), deployment pipelines, and cloud-based application governance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Security+ or Security+ CE certification required.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance; prior CAC ownership within the past two years is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Preferred qualifications include PL-900 or PL-200 certification, Power BI experience, Agile methodologies, Azure DevOps familiarity, and Copilot exposure.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $111,155 to $150,385 annually, based on experience, location, and qualifications.
  • Fully remote work environment with stable full-time schedule.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, personal days, holidays, parental leave, military leave, bereavement leave, and jury duty leave.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, accident insurance, and business travel protection.
  • Opportunities for career growth, continuous learning, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies including AI/ML, cloud solutions, and digital modernization initiatives.
