This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an IT Systems Administrator in Brazil.
This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation, security, and continuous improvement of a fast-growing remote-first technology environment within a legal-tech organization. You will take ownership of internal IT systems, tools, and integrations, ensuring teams can work efficiently and without friction across a modern SaaS-based stack. The position combines hands-on technical administration with proactive process optimization, automation, and user enablement. You will act as the primary point of contact for internal technology support, helping teams adopt tools effectively while improving workflows across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role where you will also contribute to shaping AI-enabled systems and smarter data flows across business tools. The environment is dynamic, fully remote, and highly autonomy-driven, with strong emphasis on ownership and continuous improvement. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, data quality, and scalability.
- Serve as the main internal IT resource, providing support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance across the company’s technology stack
- Maintain, configure, and optimize internal systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Filevine CRM, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and other SaaS tools
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and tool usage, and proactively design improvements through automation and process optimization
- Support system integrations, data flows, CRM maintenance, and data quality across connected platforms
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to configure systems and improve operational workflows
- Develop lightweight documentation, training materials, and best practices to improve tool adoption and consistency
- Contribute to the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows and automation using tools such as Zapier, APIs, and AI platforms
- Ensure proper identity and access management practices (SSO, MFA, security controls) across systems
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or similar technical support/infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience with SaaS environments and tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
- Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts (SSO, MFA, user provisioning)
- Experience supporting or administering CRM systems (Filevine experience is a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset
- Comfortable working in fully remote, asynchronous environments with strong documentation practices
- Ability to train and support non-technical users in a clear and friendly manner
- Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and AI tools is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude
- Based in Latin America and open to independent contractor arrangements
