Account Analyst – Finance (Pre-Construction)

- Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
- Ensure contract and subcontract information / transactions are in the accounting software.
- Ensure we stay within budget when it comes to labor pay outs.
- Assist with re-contracting as needed.
- Help maintain project budget information.
- A lot of cross department assistance.

Position Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in account analysis, operations, or transactional roles
- Experience in estimating is a huge plus but not a requirement
- Strong Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, analysis)
- Experience with AI tools or automation technologies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Consulting or process improvement experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
• 8-hour shift | 8:30 - 5:00 M-F
• On-site at our Gibsonton, FL office
