Account Analyst – Finance (Pre-Construction)

Heres the work you get to do:
  • Review customer purchase orders for accuracy
  • Ensure contract and subcontract information / transactions are in the accounting software.
  • Ensure we stay within budget when it comes to labor pay outs.
  • Assist with re-contracting as needed.
  • Help maintain project budget information.
  • A lot of cross department assistance.

Position Requirements:

  • 1–3+ years of experience in account analysis, operations, or transactional roles
  • Experience in estimating is a huge plus but not a requirement
  • Strong Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, analysis)
  • Experience with AI tools or automation technologies is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Consulting or process improvement experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

• 8-hour shift | 8:30 - 5:00 M-F

• On-site at our Gibsonton, FL office
