Major Goals and Responsibilities:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair of point-of-use water filtration and coffee systems. This position delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing up time, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical background and is capable of independently managing service territory while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Install and service point-of-use water filtration systems, ice makers, and commercial coffee equipment.
• Replace filters, sanitation components, and consumable items.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, dispensing, and control system issues.
• Maintain equipment sanitation and compliance with applicable health and safety standards.
• Provide recommendations to current and new customers regarding services A&B can provide.

• Mechanically inclined and ability to work with tools.
• Strict attention to detail and professionalism

Qualification and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Background in electronics and/or mechanical devices
• Vocational Technical education is helpful
• Natural mechanical ability most important
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
