• Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with project objectives.
• Perform advanced data analysis, profiling, and validation across healthcare clinical and administrative data domains.
• Develop source-to-target mappings, define complex business rules, and support data transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, developers, solution architects, and project managers to deliver effective solutions.
• Investigate and resolve business, data, reporting, workflow, and system-related issues across multiple teams.
• Create and present data analysis findings, recommendations, and design solutions to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure requirements, designs, and deliverables are clearly understood.
• Partner with quality assurance teams to ensure testing strategies align with system functionality, business processes, and expected outcomes.
• Evaluate solution options objectively, facilitate discussions, and support decision-making for complex business challenges.
• Ensure technology deliverables meet business objectives and provide measurable value to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst within a large, complex US healthcare organization.
• 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and profiling within healthcare clinical and/or administrative data environments.
• 5+ years of experience with source-to-target mapping, including the definition of complex business rules.
• 5+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
• 3+ years of experience communicating with senior business leaders, executives, and key stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience working with relational databases and structured data environments.
• 3+ years of experience writing advanced SQL queries.
• 3+ years of experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and big data initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence, data warehouse concepts, cloud technologies, and analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams in a remote environment.
