Job Description
Purpose
The Account Manager I supports HC3 clients by ensuring their products and services are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with expectations. By combining strong client relationships with deep product knowledge and responsive support, this role helps clients feel confident, prioritized, and well supported while contributing to operational efficiency and retention.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include the following:
• Client Relationship Management – Act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned clients, proactively managing communication and ensuring all requests and inquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Client Review and Planning – Lead annual Executive Business Reviews with assigned clients, driving performance discussions, surfacing opportunities, addressing concerns, and aligning on forward-looking strategies.
• Product and Process Expertise – Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of HC3 products, services, and internal processes to confidently guide clients and internal stakeholders with accurate, actionable insights.
• Issue Resolution and Support Management – Own the end-to-end management of client support tickets, ensuring timely resolution, thorough documentation, and proactive validation of production or programming issues.
• Billing and Documentation Support – Partner closely with accounting by proactively providing accurate, complete job documentation and supporting reconciliation efforts to ensure billing accuracy and efficiency.
• Production and Inventory Coordination – Maintain continuous visibility into client job activity, proactively support code setup, advise on production challenges, and manage custom inventory needs, including selection, ordering, and replenishment.

Education, Experience, and Certifications
Preferred
College degree
Two+ years of experience in banking client service or Print/Mail client service
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office environment in Irondale, AL.
Travel
This role requires occasional travel, up to 10%. Most travel will be within driving distance and may occasionally require overnight stays.
Physical Demand
This role will require using a computer for long periods of time while either sitting or standing.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour days (at least 40 hours) per week. Typical workdays begin at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and include a one-hour lunch break. Work hours could extend beyond 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on some occasions.
