Our 32-room boutique hotel features bright, residential-style guest rooms, a 42-foot-long pool and hot tub, firepits, bocce ball, ping pong tables, and a poolside restaurant and bar serving refreshing cocktails and California-centric classics.POSITION PROFILEWe're looking for a top-notch Houseperson ready to keep our common areas clean, sanitized, and welcoming for guests and team members alike. You'll be a key part of keeping ARRIVE Palm Springs running smoothly behind the scenes.THE TASK AT HANDKeep hotel common areas, hallways, and restrooms tidy, sanitary, and welcoming.Clean and maintain rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture, and wash walls, ceilings, and windows as needed.Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors, and dust and polish metalwork throughout common areas.Manage linens — collecting soiled linen, restocking supplies, and maintaining housekeeping closets on each floor.Remove trash collected by Room Attendants, walking assigned floors at the start and end of each shift.Deliver towels, cribs, roll-away beds, and other items to guest rooms upon request.Inspect furniture condition and report any damage to your supervisor for repair.Maintain a friendly, helpful demeanor and follow uniform guidelines.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired1 year of related experience in a similar role.Strong working knowledge of and passion for hospitality, with a hands-on, guest-service-oriented approach.Strong knowledge of cleaning products.PhysicalAbility to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift, including bending and lifting up to 30 lbs.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
