Job Description

We are hiring General Laborers to work in a recycling facility in Plainfield, IN. This position involves sorting and handling recyclable materials in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

1. Sort recyclable materials including Paper, Plastic Metal, Electronics and e-waste, Textiles, Organic materials
2. Maintain a clean and safe work area
3. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
4. Work efficiently as part of a team
5. Lift up to 50 lbs
6. Stay active on your feet throughout the shift
7. Assist in warehouse organization and cleanliness
8. Follow all safety and operational procedures

Requirements

1. Ability to work in a physical environment
2. Must be reliable and punctual
3. Must pass E-Verify
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
