This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Digital Learning & AI Content Developer based in India.

This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling modern digital learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams.
You will transform complex product and technical knowledge into engaging, accessible, and visually compelling learning content.
The role combines instructional design, multimedia production, video creation, content strategy, and AI-enabled workflows.
You will own the content lifecycle from research and scripting through production, publishing, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, you will create learning journeys that accelerate adoption and self-service.
As an early owner of this function, you will have significant autonomy to introduce new tools, workflows, and production standards.
The environment is fully remote, fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on using technology and AI to make learning more effective and scalable.

• Create and maintain digital learning assets including product videos, tutorials, walkthroughs, interactive modules, onboarding journeys, role-based learning paths, certifications, assessments, quick-reference guides, webinars, and internal enablement content.

• Translate complex technical and product concepts into concise, engaging, visually strong learning experiences for different audiences.

• Use generative AI and modern content-production tools to accelerate research, planning, scripting, storyboarding, summarization, translation, voiceover, video editing, graphics, assessment creation, and content repurposing.

• Produce polished multimedia content using video-editing and AI-assisted production technologies, including captions, animation, synthetic voice, avatars, and visual effects where appropriate.

• Build reusable content templates, production standards, and scalable workflows that improve quality and reduce production time.

• Partner with Product, Services, Support, Engineering, Sales, and other subject matter experts to extract knowledge efficiently and convert technical discussions into accurate customer-facing learning.

• Design structured onboarding programs, role-based learning journeys, certification programs, and digital enablement experiences that increase user self-sufficiency and reduce reliance on repetitive live training.

• Own the Academy content experience by organizing, publishing, updating, versioning, and retiring learning assets while maintaining quality, accessibility, consistency, and ease of navigation.

• Monitor learning engagement, completion rates, certification progress, feedback, self-service usage, content freshness, and production efficiency to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI and multimedia technologies and introduce workflows that improve content quality, scalability, and speed.

• Manage multiple content initiatives independently while maintaining strong attention to detail, accuracy, and delivery timelines.

• 5+ years of experience in digital learning, content development, customer education, enablement, instructional design, multimedia production, or a related field.

• Strong hands-on experience creating digital learning content, including tutorials, courses, videos, onboarding experiences, or other multimedia assets.

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support content creation, research, productivity, and multimedia production.

• Professional experience producing and editing video content, with strong writing, scripting, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.

• Ability to simplify complex technical or product concepts for diverse audiences and create clear, engaging learning experiences.

• Experience collaborating directly with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and structure technical knowledge.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning technologies, with a strong focus on learner experience and content quality.

• Strong visual-design instincts and the ability to create polished, consistent, and accessible content.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently, prioritize effectively, and operate with limited supervision in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong analytical skills and an interest in using learning data and audience feedback to improve content effectiveness.

• Advanced experience with generative AI for writing, video, voice, translation, graphics, or learning content is highly valued.

• Experience with AI video generation, synthetic voice, avatars, automated editing, or other multimedia-generation tools is a plus.

• Experience creating learning content for enterprise SaaS, technology, AI, data, analytics, supply chain, risk, compliance, or enterprise software environments is advantageous.

• Experience building certification programs, role-based learning paths, rapid video-production workflows, or multilingual content is beneficial.

• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality videos, tutorials, courses, or digital learning assets is strongly valued.
